Polycristalline cubic boron nitride, PCBN, is a synthetical, extreme hard material produced by bonding cubic boron nitride with ceramical or metal binder under high pressures and temperatures.
PCBN is applicable for high speed machining of ferrous materials as gray cast, nodular cast, hardened steels, PM, cemented carbide and superalloys.
